GAPP
Provider
The Georgia Pediatric Program (GAPP) is a Medicaid initiative designed for medically fragile children under 21. Families eligible for Medicaid can apply for GAPP at any time, provided the child requires the same level of care as would be needed for admission to a hospital or skilled nursing facility. The program is administered by the Georgia Department of Community Health (DCH).
